Something You Need to Know: 1. These controllers can only work with Lead Acid Batteries: OPEN, AGM, GEL. They do not support Nickel Metal Hydride, Lithium ions, or other battery types. 2. The PWM controller can only accept DC power and is not suitable for AC power. 3. Maximum PV Voltage: 50V (12V battery for 15-23V solar panel, 24V battery for 30-46V solar panel). 4. Maximum PV Input Power: 390W(12V), 780W(24V). 5. Compatible connecting wires: The connecting port has a large section and spacing that can install 6mm wire. (The wire is NOT included). 6. The PWM controller does not have a constant voltage function, and the load end output of the controller cannot remain between 12-13V. 7. Does not support viewing how much amps you're getting off your solar panel.

Sales Questions: Q1: Why can't I get a display of 13.2 volts? I have an 18 volt solar panel, a 12 volt lead acid battery (in good condition), and followed the instructions, but it only displays 12.5 volts. A1: Please check the battery voltage. If the battery is fully charged, it will display 14.4 volts.

Q2: When I hook up the solar, it does not show charging. When I put a meter on the controller solar input, it shows the polarity is reversed. Could this be a mistake in how the unit was connected internally? A2: Yes. In this case, please check if the battery is correctly connected to the solar controller.
